1. Using Our Apps & Websites
We grant you a personal or internal-business license to use our Services as intended, subject to these Terms and any app store rules that apply (such as Apple's standard End User License Agreement for iOS apps). Please do not misuse our Services, interfere with our servers, copy our source code, or scrape our websites in an automated way that disrupts normal visitors.
2. Important Information Disclaimer
Our apps and web tools are practical everyday helpers, not certified professional or emergency services:
- Weather & Outdoor Guides: Forecasts, wind readings, and walking route guides are compiled from public weather and mapping sources for general planning. Always check official local weather warnings and use good judgment outdoors.
- Business Calculators & Document Tools: Our web utilities help format files and run standard calculations, and do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. Please review any generated figures or exports before sending them to clients or authorities.
3. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Upfront Pricing & Cancellation: All paid plans show the full price and billing period before you confirm payment. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time before your next renewal date—either through your Apple ID subscription settings (for iOS In-App Purchases) or through your account billing page (for web subscriptions).
- Refunds: Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded directly by Apple under Apple Media Services rules. For web subscriptions billed directly by Klarwerk Systems LLC via Stripe, first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@klarwerksystems.com.
4. Ownership of Content
Klarwerk Systems LLC owns the software, design, and brand elements of the Services. You keep 100% ownership of all documents, spreadsheets, and business data that you create or format using our web tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. KLARWERK SYSTEMS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
